Building on that success, Kent acquired an $8M HVAC company and later purchased a plumbing company, strategically merging them into ServiceToday. Under his leadership, ServiceToday scaled to $20M in annual revenue, expanded to four locations across multiple states, and became known for its operational excellence before Kent sold the business in 2024 at its peak.

Kent attributes his success to one key driver: process and performance discipline. By developing and implementing Call-By-Call Management and streamlined sales processes, he created a scalable, repeatable framework for growth.
